RECOMMENDED USE:
Dissolve one serving of the product – 25 g (4 scoops) in 250-300 ml of water; use a shaker. Take 1 serving daily, 30 min. before a workout. Please note: Do not take before bedtime! Do not use with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects!
