Return Procedure

1. Notification: Within the return period, please contact our customer service via the return button/return form. Before you return the product you have received, you must first contact our customer service. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, the reason for return including photos.

2. Confirmation: You will receive a return confirmation from us with a return number and instructions for returning your items.

3. Shipping: Pack the items carefully in the original packaging and include the return form. Send the package to the return address provided by us. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it is a defective or misdelivered item.

4. Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, our staff will inspect the condition of the items. Items that have been worn, show damage or are missing tags cannot be returned. Therefore, these will be returned to the shipping address known to us without refund.

5. Refund: If the return meets our conditions, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receipt of the return. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few days before the refund is visible in your account.

6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items, such as personalized products or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as underwear, are excluded from returns.
